* It has the possibility of temperature adjustment between 60-180 C with a multi-stage thermostat,

* Indirect cooking with the oil circulating around the boiler with the bain-marie system,

* The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200 C, sans-serif;">* Water filling (cold/hot) and drain valves are mounted on the device, sans-serif;">* Safety system (limit thermostat) that automatically cuts off the energy in case of any malfunction,

* All electrical command and control equipment complies with international standards,

* Adjustable stainless pipe feet , carrier sheets are 2mm aluminized sheet.
