* Indirect cooking with the oil circulating around the boiler with the bain-marie system,

* The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200 C, sans-serif;">* Water filling (cold/hot) and drain valves are mounted on the device, sans-serif;">* Safety system (limit thermostat) that automatically cuts off the energy in case of any malfunction,

* Gas valve; Pilot flame, minimum-maximum flame and thermocouple, with a structure that will automatically cut off the gas in case the flame goes out (safety valve), in the form of a stainless pipe,

* It can work with LPG, NG and derivatives of these gases (G31, G25, G25.1, G27, G2.350) and can be transformed without requiring any modification,
